Ingredients

    2 TBL salad oil 2 cans (16oz) Kidney beans
    1 med onion chopped ½ cup bean liquid
    1 clove garlic crushed 1 can (16 oz) stew tomatoes
    1 lb ground beef 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    2 tsp salt ½ tsp sugar
    1 tsp paprika ¾ tsp Tabasco Sauce
    2 tsp chili powder 1 can (12 oz) corn, drained

    It calls for being served over rice, if you want.

Directions

Brown onion and garlic. Add ground turkey, salt, paprika and chili powder. Cook until turkey is browned. Stir in 1/2 cup reserved bean liquid (but not beans yet), tomatoes, paste, sugar and Tabasco. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Add beans and corn. Simmer 15 min more. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice. Add extra Tabasco if desired.
