These are made for people on SCD Keto,and FODMAP. They are high in protein and good fats whilst being low in carbs and high in fiber. Ingredients

    Coconut Flour- 4 teaspoons
    Coconut Oil-4-5 teaspoons
    1 egg
    2 scoops of egg white protein powder
    1-2 teaspoons of water

Directions

Mix all ingredients with a fork in a small bowl. Grease a cookie sheet and pour even rounded shapes. Make sure your mix isn't super runny, but it will be somewhat runny. Bake at 150-200 C for around 5 minutes or until golden brown.
