Introduction

Ingredients

2 ounces of Spagetti(.25 cup cooked)
1 clove of garlic
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 half cup of chopped onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 fourth cup of tomato sauce
1 tblspn of Basil
1 tsp of salt
dash of pepper
Directions
Take out a sauce pan and a small pot. Place one quart of water in the small pot and set on the stove to boil(place at medium temperature.)Place the pasta in the boiling water.
While the pasta is cooking, place the sauce pan(hey, even a skillet will do) on the front burner. Do not turn on yet.
Chop the one clove of garlic and place it in the sauce pan. Mix the chopped tomato and one half cup of chopped onions together and pour on top of the garlic. Mix roughly. Turn on the burner to medium. Pour the 1 tblspn of olive oil over the veggies and season with the basil,salt, italian seasoning,and pepper. Saute the veggies to personal taste. Pour one fourth cup of tomato sauce and stir. Set to the side.
Check on the pasta to make sure it is al dente. If if is, drain and place to the side. If not, check on it in in intervals of 30 seconds.
Mix the sauce into the pasta. Set aside until it is still warm, but not burning the mouth.
