    Rince and scrub carrots, cut off ends with a sharp knife
    Rince fruit and peel oranges
    Quarter oranges and apples
    Remove pips and stalks
    Put through a juicer and enjoy.


Put all ingredients through a juicer after rincing, peeling if necessary and cutting into pieces that will fit the neck of your juicer.

This should give you around 8 big glasses of juice, around 10 to 12 smaller glasses.
