Ingredients

    1.5 cups sugar free apple pie filling
    3 small bananas
    0.5 cup egg substitute
    2 cups quaker oat square cereal ( golden maple)
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1 cup sucralose
    1 cup rainsins (not packed)
    1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

Chop cereal in food processor. Chop apples in pie filling. Mix all ingredients. Spray 24 muffin tins with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until done. Makes 24 muffins.
