Ingredients

    1 can 15.5 oz Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 1/2 cup
    1 teaspoon Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
    1 tbsp Sazon - Sofrito
    1/2 tbsp Vinegar
    2 tbsp Tomato Pasta
    1 Chicken bouillon, cube
    5 cups of water

Directions

1. Take 1 cup of the beans and put it on a blender with 5 cups of water.
2. Pour the mix thru a strainer.
3. Add the mix with, ingredients and the 1/2 cup of beans.
4. Cover and let it cook until it gets consistency.

Serve with white rice.

Makes 3 servings - 1 cup per servings.

PS: If you don't have sofrito, you can add 1 tablespoon of onion, green paper and 1 teaspoon of mashed garlic.
