Ingredients

    1.5 cups frozen mixed fruit (I like Dole's blend)
    2 TBS honey
    1/4 c water
    1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions

Dissolve honey in water.
Blend all ingredients in a high power blender (I use my Ninja) for 1-2 min until smooth. Makes one huge serving or 2 smaller servings.
