Ingredients

    Lean White Ground Turkey meat, Trader Joe's
    Brown Rice, Organic Frozen, Trader Joe's
    Diced Tomato's, canned, no salt added, Trader Joe's
    Lite Sour Cream
    Hot fresh Salsa, Trader Joe's
    3 Cheese blend shredded cheese, Trader Joe's
    Succotash, frozen, Trader Joe's

Directions

- Brown turkey in skillet on medium high, approx 8 - 10 minutes
- Add can of diced tomato's to skillet
- Let turkey and tomatos simmer for 2 - 3 minutes
- microwave frozen succotash for 2 minutes and add to skillet
- Let skillet simmer 2 - minutes
- Microwave frozen brown rice for three minutes
- Once rice is cooked, portion 1.5 cup onto plate
- Portion 1.5 cup of tukey and veggie medley over rice
- If desired, add lite sour cream, cheese and salsa to taste

Serving makes 2 - 1 cup servings
