Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork loin (chops), 1 lb
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1 pepper
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Chicken bouillon, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Finely chop ginger, garlic and hot chili.

Heat oil in chefs pan (saute pan with lid) and brown the pork chops.

Remove chops and saute the onion until translucent. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and hot chili and stir then add chopped apples and saute for further 5 mins.

Return pork chops and add the cup of bouillon.

Cover and simmer gently for 30 mins.

Optional - Add black pepper and a squeeze of lime just before serving
