Ingredients

    baby potatoes - 500g boiled and mashed with
    6 spring onions chopped
    butter - 1.5 tbsp

    Pork steaks about 500g
    2 tbsp sacla red pesto
    25 freshly chopped basil
    4 tbsp grated parmesan


Directions

boil potatoes

mix chopped basil, gratedparmesan and redpesto together
cover pork steaks on both sides with pesto paste

heat oven/grill to 180deg C
cook one side for 5-7 mins
turn and cook other side until cooked through

mash poatoes with spring onions and butter
serve!
