Introduction

These are a great way to kick up flavor in a salad or oatmeal. Unfortunately, they also taste really good by themselves or on vanilla ice cream. You can fit them into your food plan, but realize a serving equals 5 pecan halves. Use them SPARINGLY! These are a great way to kick up flavor in a salad or oatmeal.
