Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb. 93% Lean ground beef
    2 T. dried onion flakes
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    1/2 t. garlic salt
    1/2 t. ground pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 t. poultry seasoning (rounded)
    1 Arnold's Sandwich thin

Directions

Makes 8 Servings (3/4 inch slices).

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray broiling pan with cooking spray.
Pulse sandwich thin in food processor until fine.

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix by hand
until ingredients are well incorporated. Empty onto prepared pan and shape into a rectangular loaf, about 5x11 inches.
Put in the oven and cook for 45-60 minutes.
