Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 10-inch round serving dish
    1can of fat free refried beans
    1 can of Rotel tomatos
    1-16oz container of fat free sour cream
    1 pkg of taco seasoning
    Sargento reduced fat mexican blend shredded cheese
    cherry tomatos (if desired)
    scallions (if desired)

Directions

Mix 1 can fat free refried beans with 1 can of Rotel tomatoes. Spread on bottom of serving dish. This is the bottom layer of the dip.

Mix container of fat free sour cream and pkg of taco seasoning together. Spread on top of bean mixture. This is the 2nd layer of the dip.

Cover top of sour cream mixture with reduced fat shredded mexican cheese. This is the 3rd layer of the dip.

Add sliced cherry tomatos and/or scallions as desired.

Serve with baked nacho chips.

Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Makes at least 20 2 tbsp servings.

    I've made a similar dip before but I liked adding the tomatoes to the beans. It gave it a different taste. - 10/15/07
