This makes a soup bowl full for 200 calories. Unbelievable. This makes a soup bowl full for 200 calories. Unbelievable.
Number of Servings: 1


    4 T flour
    4 T sugar (it works better with real sugar, but you can use Splenda)
    2 T cocoa
    1 egg
    6 T skim milk


Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add milik and eggs and stir until blended. Microwave on high for about five minutes. Makes one large serving.

  • OMG it's magic! Totally satisfied my chocolate cake craving. Used Whole wheat pastry flower and subsituted 2/4 T of sugar with splenda then added 1 T of dark chocolate mini chips : ) It was fluffy and warm and mmm! - 5/1/10
