Ingredients

    2 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
    1/4 cup water
    1/6 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp lemon juice
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp cumin powder
    1/4 c cilantro
    1/4 c parsley


Directions

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Each serving = 1/3 cup
