Introduction

lots of flavor, little fat! lots of flavor, little fat!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    20 oz of 93 % lean ground turkey
    1 med onion chopped
    2 cloves of garlic minced
    1/2 c red peppers chopped
    1/2c chopped sun dried tomatos
    1/2c bread crumbs
    1 Egg
    1/4c skim milk
    2T dried parsley
    1/4 shredded parm cheese
    1/4t salt
    1/8t pepper

Directions

preheat oven to 425F

add chopped onion to skillet and brown for 5mins, then add garlic and cook for 2 more mins. set aside to cool

mix remaining ingrediants EXCEPT for parm cheese in a large bowl. Once onion mixture has cooled add to mixtured and place in a loaf pan. Sprinkle shredded parm cheese on top.

Bake covered for 30 mins. Remove cover and cook for 15 more minutes.

Enjoy with a side of mixed veggies ( not included in nutrion value)
