Ingredients

3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 lb. Italian sausage links, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 italian dressing
3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
Directions
COOK pasta as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, cut sausage into bite size piecces and coook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Drain sausage; return to skillet. Add tomatoes, shredded carrots, onions and dressing; cook 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
DRAIN pasta. Toss with sausage mixture and 1/2 cup cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Makes four 1 3/4cup servings

I know its a lot so wouldn't work for most people, but I know some people need the extra calories like atheletes. I have to have extra calories because since I rarely feel hungry, I average getting about 500-700 calories a day.
