Introduction
A great way to enjoy some baking time with your kids!! As well they will enjoy them when they come out of the oven all warm and gooy. Their eyes will glow as they watch the butter melt on top of them!!! A great way to enjoy some baking time with your kids!! Ingredients

.5 cup Butter
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Mashed Bananas
1.5 cups Flour
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Hot Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Stir in flour and nutmeg. Dissolve soda in hot water, add to the banana mixture. Stir in vanilla. Fill greased muffin tins half full. Bake at 350f (180c) for about 20 mins or until golden brown. Makes 24 medium muffins or 12 large muffins!!
