Ingredients

2 1/4 Bran Chex Cereal ( I use Bran Buds Cereal or all bran cereal )
1 Cup Old fashion Oats ( I add more if batter is runny)
    1 Cup non-fat powdered milk
1/4 Cup unprocessed wheat bran (sometimes I use flax meal 1/4 cup)
    2 Tbls unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Tsp salt ( I use sea salt)
1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon ( I use more like 1 tsp.)
    1 Large ripe banana mashed
4 Tablespoons salted butter ( I use Earth Balance or Crisco omega 3 puritan oil blend, this item can be redueced by half to lower the fat in the recipe)
1/2 cup "Sugar In The Raw", sugar ( I use agave nectar 1/2 cup)
    2 Large eggs
    7 Large egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp Vanillia Extract

Directions

Preheat Oven 375
Combine dry ingredients mix well with spoon
Blend with mixer medium speed, banana, sugar, eggs, egg whites, vanilla
Add wet to dry - mix well
Let dough stand for at least 5 minutes, add sprinkles of old fashion oats if dough is too runny
USE PARCHMENT PAPER TO LINE COOKIE SHEET (sorry for yelling)
I use soup spoon to measure dough out on cookie sheet and slightly flatten and form round cookie shape because...
Cookies spread very little during baking

Bake 12 minutes

Let cookies cool on wire rack

Personal Notes:
This cookie can help curb some individuals (Me) appetite by providing a sense of fullness after eating 1 or 2 with a big glass of water or unsweetened herbal tea

I am using this recipe for my "cookie diet" so I eat up to 6 or more per day, then I enjoy eat a healthy dinner which consists of some sort of protein and 2 cups of vegtables, if iI am really hungry and want something different than a cookie during the day I munch on celery & 4oz cottage cheese.
Somedays I have strawberries, apples or melon for a snack or in additon to my dinner.
I don't drink any booze during my cookie diet.

My Apple Cinnamon version of this cookie is as follows
Omit cocoa, increase cinnamon, add sprinkle of nutmeg
Omit banana, add instead 1 cup applesauce or 1 cup shredded fresh apple

FYI: Trader Joes sells agave nectar if you are looking for it and for $2 cheaper than the bottle I found at Staer Bros. which was $5.49
