Ingredients

    1 package of Morningstar Farms regular Chik Patties
    4 oz (112 grams) part skim mozzarella
    4 tbsp (20 grams) parmesan cheese
    1 8 oz can of tomato sauce (Hunts Basil/Garlic/Oregnao used in calculations)

Directions

Makes 4 servings, one patty each.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pllace the patties in a single layer in an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish (for easier clean up, line the pan with foil). Pour the tomato sauce over the patties, and bake 15 minutes.

While the patties and sauce are baking, combine the mozzarella and parmesan in a bowl. After 15 minutes, add the cheese equally to each patty; bake until the chese is melted (about 3-4 minutes)
