Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients (mix together):
    2/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup oat or other flour
    2 TBSP wheat germ
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

    Wet Ingredients (Mix Together separately):
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup soy milk, vanilla flavored
    1 whole egg
    1 egg white or 1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 TBSP canola oil
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1 banana - sliced up kind of thin

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Mix wet ingredients together then pour into dry and mix well. Pour batter onto hot pan and then put banana slices on top. Cover with a little more batter. Turn when edges dry slightly. Serve with strawberry slices or puree.
