Introduction

Healthy, filling, yummy smoothie! Add your own protein/whey powder and different frozen fruit to customize. Healthy, filling, yummy smoothie! Add your own protein/whey powder and different frozen fruit to customize.

Ingredients

    Any 3/4-1 cup frozen fruit of choice (Strawberry/blueberry mix is great!

    1/2 scoop Optimal Health Nutrition powder (or your own brand)
    1 cup water/juice (adjust as needed for blending)
    1 packet stevia
    2 T. Plain, lowfat yogurt.


Directions

Blend all ingredients and serve immediately or pop in the freezer for later. (Let stand 5 min. or so first). Be creative and add your own ingredients and adjust to your taste! Great for a snack or add an egg and toast for complete breakfast! Makes 1 generous (16 oz.) serving.
