Ingredients



    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 3 cup kernels (remove)
    * *Snap peas, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    * Dill weed, dried, .25 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .25 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Place frozen corn, peas and peppers in saucepan & cover with water. Bring to boil and boil for 3 min. Drain. Add butter, dill and pepper. Mix well. Add salt to taste if preferred.
