Introduction
This is a healthy tuna cassarole , that i personally make and my man loves it. This is a healthy tuna cassarole , that i personally make and my man loves it.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 boxes Jiffy yellow cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 can sodium free organic french style greenbeans drained
4 cans of starkiss tuna in water drained
2 cans drained diced tomatoes in garlic and basil drained
10 fresh cut mushrooms (optional)
2 cups macaroni noodles
1/2 cup mozzerella fat free sodium free
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then in a medium mixing bowl & mix together your 4 cans of tuna , 1 can sodium free organic french style greenbeans, and
your 2 cans drained diced tomatoes in garlic and basil mix well. Set to the side and then get a pot to make your macaroni noodles and boil the noodles till they are done.
Then completely drain and rinse off your noodles to rinse off any oils or salts you may have used on your noodles because you DO NOT want the extra oils, or salts in this dish it will spoil the actual taste. then once you are done with the noodles mix togother 1 1/2 cup skim milk,2 boxes Jiffy yellow cornbread mix, 4 eggs,mix together your 4 cans of tuna , 1 can sodium free organic french style greenbeans, and your 2 cans drained diced tomatoes in garlic and basil mixed well. Then pour it in a large cassarole dish and smooth the top of it out. Then on the top of it lightly sprinkle your 1/2 cup mozzerella fat free sodium free . then put it in the oven for about 25 to 30 min. depending on your oven and bake. When done cut and serve with some apple sauce or your choice of a green salad, apple sauce, or serve by itself.
