Ingredients

    20 oz Ground Turkey Breast (Raw-weight)
    2 Jalapeno Peppers
    1 Yellow Bell Peppers
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 tsp paprika
    1/2 Cumin
    1/2 lb. carrots finely chopped or grated
    3 Tb s Olive Oil
    1 Medium Head of Cabbage
    2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Bullion or Broth

Directions

10 1 cup servings
Place two tbs olive oil in large skillet add garlic, turkey-brown
Add carrots and all peppers add broth or low sodium bullion
Add spices cover and simmer for twenty minutes
Place cabbage in Crock Pot
Pour in other ingredients and cook on low for 6 hours.
