Quick easy, and really spicy! Quick easy, and really spicy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    5 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 8 pieces
    2 green onions, sliced very thin
    1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/4 cup ortega medium taco sauce
    2 1/2 T lemon juice
    1 1/2 T habanero hot sauce
    1 T sugar

    spices to taste:
    ground cumin
    chili powder
    black pepper
    chopped garlic or garlic powder

Directions

Chop and mix everything together. Microwave for thirty seconds and stir again. Let sit for at least ten minutes and stir again before serving.

1/2 cup is one serving, makes 4 servings.
