    1 1/2 pounds beef
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    2 medium carrots, diced
    1 cup red wine
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp red chili flakes
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 packets beef bouillion
    water to cover

Directions

Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker. Cook for 45 minutes.
