Ingredients

    1 can black beans-rinsed & drained
    1 can corn-drained
    1 T. Lime Juice
    1 c. cherry tomatoes-quartered
    1/2 large jalapino pepper-finely diced
    1/8 c. red onion-finely diced
    1/8 c. mayo
    1/2 t. cumin

Directions

Mix & chill. Makes 4 servings of approx. 1 cup each.
