Introduction

This is supper yummy and tastes like it should be bad for you! The little bit of olive oil make it crispy and if you don't want the skin just remove it either before or after you cook (depending on how you like your chicken). Great with rice, potatos, roasted veg or a salad. Also good for the BBQ! This is supper yummy and tastes like it should be bad for you! Ingredients

    6 Raw Drumsticks
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp chives
    1 garlic clove minced
    1/2 tbsp parsley

Directions

Lay chicken out in a baking dish.
Combine oil and herbs in a little dish.
Cover chicken in the oil mix (make sure you get some underneath so it doesn't stick)
Cook until done either in the oven or on the BBQ

Oven takes about 45 min at 375
1 serving = 2 drumsticks
