Ingredients

    250 grams (8 oz) uncooked pasta
    1/2 cup milk, low fat
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    5 sprigs parsley, finelly chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    black pepper to taste


Directions

cook pasta in salt water for about 8 minutes, until it's al dente and drain it off.
Heat finely chopped garlic with olive oil in a pan, add milk and bring to a boil. Pour over cooked pasta in a bowl and mix, then add parmesan (grated), parsley (chopped), lemon juice and pepper to taste. The dish usually doesn't need extra salt.
