    Sweet potato, 4 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .33 cup (remove)
    Margarine, hard, 1 stick (remove)
    *Tapioca Flour, .25 cup (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Sorghum Flour, 1 cup (remove)


Peel, cube, and boil sweet potatoes. Drain and mash. Add remaining ingrediants adn mix well. Spoon mixture on heated non-stick griddle. Flip with rinsed spatula.
Salt to taste.
