Introduction

Best ever cranberry sauce. I don't like the seeds or chunks in regular homemade cranberrie sauce, so I puree it and strain it, mmmm good!

Ingredients

    1 bag (340 grams) frozen cranberries
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup water

Tips

Makes 2 cups of sauce ... or 32 Tbsp.


Directions

1. Combine the above ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil for approximately 15 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 more minutes.

3. Puree in blender or food processor until smooth. Strain through a sieve to remove the seeds and skins.

4. Refrigerate.
