Ingredients

    *Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice-1/2 cup cooked(1/4 dry), 2 serving (remove)
    *Bell Pepper - Whole Green, 4 serving (remove)
    Ground Turkey 93%/7%, 12 oz (remove)
    *Pace Picante - Medium, 24 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Start the wild rice (it takes 50mins to cook). I usually make this a day ahead while I'm preparing dinner the night before.
cut a hole in the top of the pepper (keep the top) and scoop out insides with a spoon. Rinse peppers, place in a square glass baking dish.
Cook ground turkey until it's done.
Mix rice, turkey, picante sauce, salt and pepper. Spoon stuffing into peppers- put the tops back on. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
