Introduction

A nice healthy flat bread for a variety of things, especially dipping. Its low in cal, salt and full of goodness. Probably a little dry to eat on its own, but as part of a salad or dip, it would be great! A nice healthy flat bread for a variety of things, especially dipping. Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    0.5 tsp Salt
    2 tsp. Sugar
    Water

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Blend in olive oil wih fork or pastry cutter.
3. Add a little cold water and blend until its a dough consistancy.
4. Flour the counter surface and knead the dough for 3-5 minutes.
5. Grease a cookie sheet or lay down parchment paper.
6. Lay dough in middle of sheet and press out with fingers until you fill the sheet.
7. You can sprinkle spices or herbs on the bread.
8. Bake for approximately 10 minutes on 350f.

When rolling the flat breads out, fell free to mix in all sorts of extra goodies such as: italian seasoning, pepper, or garlic.
