    4-4 oz. Talapia Filets, frozen
    1 cup Lemon Juice
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tablespoon Grated Parmesean Cheese
    1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 Tablespoon Dried Onion Flakes
    1/2 Teaspoon Thyme, ground
    1/2 Teaspoon Tarragon, ground
    1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram, dried
    1/2 Teaspoon Cilantro
    1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
    1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, ground

Place frozen Talapia filets in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Cover with Lemon Juice. Then add Olive Oil - pouring some over each piece. Last sprinkle Grated Cheese and other seasonings over each piece. Bake until fish is tender. The lemon juice will be bubbling.

Makes 4 - 4 oz. servings.

Feel free to add a little more of whatever seasonings you like best, except for the grated cheese, since that will change the nutritional content. Enjoy!
