Introduction

This is a delicious, refreshing, easy-to-make smoothie. I usually just eyeball the quantities, but I have made it measuring them out. Use fat-free milk or water, and low-fat yogurt, and leave out the honey for an even lower calorie shake. This is a delicious, refreshing, easy-to-make smoothie. Ingredients

1 banana, mashed slightly (ripe is better)
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries (not thawed)
1/2 cup Stonyfield Farms Low-Fat French Vanilla Yogurt (or other good yogurt)
    1 tbsp. honey
    3 ice cubes
couple tbs. of 1% milk or water to thin out for consistency

Directions

Throw it all in a blender and blend on high speed until ice is broken down and all ingredients are well blended. I love this after a hard workout...just a little fat, and a great balance of proteins and carbs and potassium for those achy muscles. Get creative by switching out the berries with your favorite. I like the wild blueberries because they are small and incorporate well.
