Ingredients

    1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
    1/4 cup Red onion
    1/4 cup Ketchup
    1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
    2 cups Sweet Corn
    2 cups (2 packages) Instant Mashed Potatoes
    2 tbsp. shredded cheese

Directions

Brown the beef in a skillet with the spices and red onion. Drain the meat of all fat and oil. Add the Ketchup and BBQ Sauce and simmer for a few more minutes. Place meat mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Spread corn on top of beef mixture (drained if canned or heated if frozen).

Prepare Instant Mashed Potatoes according to the box and spread it on top of the corn.

Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown.

Makes about 6 one-cup servings.
