Introduction

In the warm months my kids (and I) go crazy for these when we need something to cool us off in the afternoon. They like them better than "real" milkshakes. The avocado gives this the creamy mouthfeel of ice cream, with all the good polyunsaturated fats, vitamin E and fiber (instead of sat. fat.) I just tweaked it by adding a banana, and 2 tsp of sugar to it instead of the stevia. it was ok. a bit of a weird mix but I think the banana I added was a bit too much. without the banana it may have been fine. couldn't taste much more than the banana. recommend adding more strawberries if u add it. - 7/22/10
