    1 package Rigatoni (or other pasta)
    1/2 yellow onion diced
    1 clove Garlic minced
    4 4oz boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
    12 oz sliced Mushrooms
    20 spears Asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 cup Vegetable bouillon
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    4 oz Feta crumbled
    Pinch of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper


Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and place in skillet with olive oil, onion and garlic.
Cook until partially done.
Add asparagus and mushrooms, continue cooking until chicken is done.
Add vegetable bouillon and cover pan, cook until asparagus is crisp tender.
Add pasta, red pepper flakes (to taste), and feta cheese. Remove from heat.

Makes 6 2 cup servings
