Ingredients

    4 frozen chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    1 jar barilla marinara sauce
    1 jar barilla roasted garlic sauce
    1 package frozen onions and peppers
    2 T salt
    2 T Basil
    2 T Oregano
    1.5 cups brown rice

Directions

Put all ingredients (except the rice) into a crock pot with 1 cup of water. Cook on low for several hours. Add rice one hour before serving. Makes 6 servings
