Ingredients

1 14oz. can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 bag 60% Dark Chocolate Chips (2 cups)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Directions
1. Measure cocoa and optional vanilla and set aside. Prepare baking dish small cassarole or 8 by 8 is good. Place wax paper inside for easy removal and clean up.
2. In 2 quart saucepan add all ingredients except vanilla and heat on medium low, stirring constantly.
3. Once completely combined, if adding vanilla, add this now.
4. Drop into baking pan and smooth out.
5. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
