Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 bag shredded cabbage (about 7 cups)
    1/2 C celery, diced
    1/2 C sliced almonds, toasted
    1 C dried cranberries

    Dressing:
    1/2 C light miracle whip
    1 T sweet relish
    1T honey mustard
    1 T Honey (could also use splenda)


Directions

Combine cabbage, almonds, cranberries, and celery in large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and refridgerate tell ready to serve. Pour dressing over coleslaw just before serving. Stir well. Enjoy!

Makes 8 1 Cup servings.

    This has become a family tradition for us. I made it for Thanksgiving and there were no left overs! I am making it again for Christmas. I have shared it with several friends and they love it. It goes great with ham - 12/24/10
