This recipe has no oil and is easy to add to for fun! It had 3 tablespoons of melted butter in it but I omit that, although it is tasty with. 1.5 cups flour
3.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1.25 cups of milk
1 egg
sift dry ingredients and add wet. poor onto a hot griddle, 350-400 degrees. serve with a side of fruit and enjoy.
Directions
1/4 cup or less per pancake is what I poor onto griddle.
