Yummy! I made my own modifications to use what I had (so some people may not like a review based off that and not the actual recipe) and liked. White/whole/oat flour (equal parts), no egg but 1/4 cup applesauce, only 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1 1/2 cups of milk. It was a hit.
