Introduction

with asparagus stir fry mix. One serving is 1 cup. with asparagus stir fry mix. One serving is 1 cup.

Ingredients

    16 oz. bag asparagus stir fry, frozen
    14 oz. bag frozen shrimp, cooked
    half onion, sliced
    2 jalapenos, sliced, seeded and ribs removed(they hold the hit)
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Bring water to a boil for the shrimp. preheat a pan and add oil. Add the sir fry mix to the oil and cook until it is softened. Add the shrimp to the boiling water for about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the shrimp and add to the stir fry. season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. You may add cayenne pepper to make it spicy if you wish. I do not add stir fry sauce because of the extra calories, but you may add it if you wish. This makes a total of 4 cups, so that would be 4 servings of 1 cup each. You may add brown rice or noodles if you want, just calculate the extra calories in with this recipe... Enjoy!!!!!
