Ingredients

    1 jar of Ragu Light Tomato & Basil Tomato Sauce
    1 cup of baby bella mushrooms sliced
    1 cup onion diced
    1 tsp of jarred minced garlic
    1 Tbs olive oil
    1 cup of summer squash
    2 tsp Italian seasoning
    sea salt to taste.
    1 can of Bumblebee Wild Salmon
    1 can King Oscar Smoked Kippers
    4 servings of whole wheat pasta, cork screw type

Directions

- Start with heating olive oil
- Add the onion and garlic over medium low heat
- Sweat the onion until tender
- Add squash, seasoning and pepper.
- Allow to cook over medium heat for about 5 min
- Add mushrooms and 1/4 tsp of sea salt.
- After the mushrooms have started to lose some of their water, add a few tsp of Worcestershire sauce.
- stir well and add the jar of sauce.
- Drain and add the can of salmon
- Stir well and taste for spice adjustment. Add a little pepper. If still too much tomato flavor then add a little more salt.
- Allow to simmer while the pasta cooks according to the package instructions.
