    Pink Salmon, Packaged, 24 oz.
    Wonder whole wheat white bread, 5 slices (made into dry crumbs)
    Egg white, 4 large
    Miracle Whip fat free dressing, 1/2 Cup
    Onions, 1 Cup
    Dill Pickle Relish, 6 T.
    Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp.
    Celery Salt, 1 tsp.
    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 Cups


Combine all wet ingredients and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Shape into 27 patties. Broil 4 minutes on each side.
9 Servings - 3 Patties each
