Introduction

serves 4 serves 4

Ingredients

    400g veal schnitzel
    1 tomato
    1 carrot
    1 cucumber
    1/4 lettuce
    125g of cheese
    1/4 cup bbq sc
    1/4 cup worcestershire sc
    4 mission wraps/ tortillas
    4tbsp tzatziki dip

Directions

1. to make marinade mix together in a container with a lid ( i use a cup that has a lid) the bbq sc and worcestershire sc then shake.
2. Cut up the veal into fine slices and place in container and cover with the marinade. place in fridge for 20 min.
3. slice up salad ingredients as prefered
4. preheat frying pan.
5. make sure all salad ingredients are ready to put together your wraps
6.cook about 100g of meat per wrap and make each one individually.
7. 30 sec before meat is ready put one wrap in the microwave for 30 seconds.
place on plate and build your wrap
