Introduction

I just threw some ingredients together that I had and cooked it in the microwave...but it would work in the oven, too. And you can sub skim milk for the whole, or use margarine. Ingredients

    2 Medium Apples (sliced)

    1 cup Quick Oats
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp Splenda
    pinch of Brown Sugar (optional)
    4 tbsp milk (I used whole)
    1 tbsp honey

Directions

Slice the apples and spread them on the bottom of a pyrex type dish.

Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the top.

Cover & cook in microwave about 10 minutes.

I think it would be better with butter/margarine instead of milk, but I didn't have any on hand, so I just used what I had.

Makes about 4 1/2 cup servings.
