Introduction

A cream chicken and vegetable soup – without any cream! A cream chicken and vegetable soup – without any cream!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    100 g gram (chana dhal) flour
    1L water
    salt & pepper
    chives and parsley
    100 g frozen peas
    100 g chicken, cooked and chopped

Directions

Prepare vegetables and soften them in a little of the water.

Mix together gram flour and water, then stif it inot the cooked vegetables.

Continute to star over gentle heat while the soup thickens (do not boil). Add extra water if too thick.

Add frozen peas and chicken.

Heat through and season with salt and pepper.
